Problem
You are not able to connect to LDMO 9.5 SP1 when using the CSA. This can happen during a fresh install (during setup) or when switching your LDMO Premise Services to point to a different core.
Symptoms
After the installation of LDMO 9.5.0 SP1 you launch the Core Server and click on the 'Mobile Device Management' link to bring up the AOD web console to manage your devices but you are unable to connect.
On the LDMO Entry page or the AOD System Settings page the "Test Connections" will fail even though everything is configured correctly.
Solutions
- Verify that the CSA settings are configured correctly on the Core Server.
- If you just restarted the broker services or applied the settings be sure to wait at least 5-10 minutes for the broker services to strart and post the cert, this can take some time.
- Verify that you have the specific CSA patches (updates) installed that enables the CSA to support LDMO connections. To do this go into the CSA and click on System/Updates and scan for updates.
The patch needed for CSA 4.3 version(s) has a VULID Update name of GSB431_130.
