LDMS Core not connecting to AOD

Environment

LDMS 9.5 SP1 with LDMO 9.5

Problem

Your LDMS core will not communicate with AOD. The test connections from the Avalanche Account setup page will fail and you will not be able to use LDAP enrollments.

Solution

Anonymous Authentication must be DISABLED for the PremiseServices in IIS on the Core Server or where LDMO is installed. If this is enabled then the core will NOT communicate with AOD in the cloud.
