One NIC, Multiple IPs

Environment:Windows

Problem:

Only one network interface is reported.

Cause:

LDMS can only report the primary network interface.  In Windows, this is based on the binding order.

Solution/ Workaround:

Set the primary NIC as the first one in the list.

VPN adapters typically need to be first.
