List of Custom Network Properties

Devices must have an Enabler version 5.3.00 build 11 and higher.

For details of how to set these properties see http://community.landesk.com/support/docs/DOC-30605

  •         "802.11d" – “1” to enable 802.11d, “0” to disable it.  Affects Fusion versions 2.55 and up.

  •         "CountryCode" – The 2 or 3 letter ISO 3166-1 country code, modifying the global Fusion option.  Remove the property or set it empty to allow any country.   No effect if 802.11d" is disabled.  Affects Fusion versions 2.60 and up.

  •         "ProfileCountryCode" - The 2 or 3 letter ISO 3166-1 country code, modifying only the Enabler Fusion profile.  Remove the property or set it empty to allow any country.  Affects only Fusion versions 2.60 through 3.00 (deprecated in 3.20)

  •         "ForceMixedMode" -  “1” to force the allow mixed mode flag on, “0” to force it off.  The allow mixed mode flag now always defaults ON when AES encryption is selected.  No effect if AES encryption is not selected.

  •         "PrimaryWINS" and "SecondaryWINS" – Specify optional WINS addresses

  •         "PowerMode" – Specify WLAN power mode.  "0" = CAM Mode, "1" = Fast Power Save Mode, "2" = Max Power Save Mode

  •         "TransmitPowerLevel" – “0” for the radio to auto adjust transmit power level, “1” to transmit at an additional power level

  •         "CredPromptOnConnect" – Value doesn’t matter.  If set, specifies that credential verification prompting will be during connection

  •         "CredPromptOnResume" – Value doesn’t matter.  If set, credential verification prompting will be done on resume after suspension

  •         "CredPromptOnTimeInterval" – A DWORD that defines the time interval in minutes that effects login for credential cache. Once this interval expires the user will be given a prompt to log back into the system.  NOTE: We don’t currently support doing credential verification at specific times.

  •         "AutoPACProvisioning" – “1” to turn Auto PAC Provisioning on, “0” to turn it off.  If not present, the Fusion option won’t be changed.

  •         "AutoPACRefreshing"– “1” to turn Auto PAC Refreshing on, “0” to turn it off.  If not present, the Fusion option won’t be changed.

  •         "SMS4EncType" - Value either "HexKey" or "Passphrase".  Experimental PSK support for the SMS4 Chinese encryption standard used for WAPI, supported on Fusion 3.30+.  Enables SMS4 encryption and specifies whether the PSK passphrase is an SMS4 hex key or a passphrase.  We don’t currently have any APs that support it so there’s no point testing it here.  No support for EAP or certificates with WAPI yet.

  •         "ImportGUID" –If the property exists and is equal to "{209A7677-CF8D-48b6-9FA8-1E78650A811F}" then an EAP-TLS profile will be applied using the settings at “HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Wavelink\Avalanche\data\{209A7677-CF8D-48b6-9FA8-1E78650A811F}”.  Since network profiles still don’t support EAP-TLS, this is currently the only way to specify EAP-TLS with a user certificate.  Normally, these registry settings are created by the SecurePlus Certificate Manager which will also prompt Enabler to apply the settings.  You should be able to test this without Certificate Manager by creating the registry settings and adding the “ImportGuid” custom property to some existing network profile.  See below for the registry value format, or the attached .reg file for an example of the registry data.
