Environment:
Enabler 5.x and later (but could include earlier versions)
Issue/Problem:
After sending a text message to a device, the application becomes lost behind the locked enabler.
Resolution:
1. In the enabler configuration utility, click on the Taskbar Tab
2. You'll probably have the 'locked' setting selected.
3. In the 'Settings' section select 'Allow Wavelink Menu'
The end user will be able to select the application when they click the little Wavelink 'w' symbol found in the corner of the locked enabler screen.
Alternative solution:
If your application doesn't create a new instance every time it is opened, then you could create a shortcut to it on the enabler homepage. For instructions on how to set up shortcuts in Avalanche Enabler: http://community.landesk.com/support/docs/DOC-30046
