How to insert a picture in a window on Webaccess via Window Manager?

 

Answer:

 

This is a video tutorial showing you how to easily insert this image in Webaccess;

Steps taken in this video:

 

1. Go to Window Manager - Incident Management - Incident - Choose the Incident Window

2. Choose Browser > And add a frame

3. Select the frame newly created and go in the properties tab

4. In the section "Browser Control Settings", you have to type the relative URL in the Url field. To find it, for example,

     a- Go in Configuration Centre and double check the name of your instance for WebAccess (Ex: ServiceDesk76.WebAccess)

      b- Store your image on the application server for example, then go in C:\Program Files (x86)\LANDesk\Service Desk\WebApp\Webaccess\Content\Images and store your image (Ex: landesk.jpg)

     c- The result of the relative URL will then be; \ServiceDesk76.WebAccess\Content\Images\landesk.jpg

5. Operate an iisreset on the application server to make active this link on the Webaccess

6. Go in Webaccess and log a new incident, you will see appearing your image
