问题描述:

When logging in to the web console you see the following warning:

"使用此产品的活动并行用户超过了可用许可证的数量。请联系您的系统管理员以获取更多许可证。"

This warning is only a nag message. It does not prevent the user from logging in and using the web console.

原因:

ALM许可证计数器是根据访问web console上的资产标签的用户数量计算的。

解决办法:

Any of the following may help to resolve the issue:

1) 从 LANDesk购买更多ALM License。

2) 减少同时使用web console 的用户数量。

3) 减少允许访问“资产”标签的用户数量。

To see how many concurrent user licenses you have, follow these steps on your server:

Start > Programs > LANDesk Service Management > License Activation > Licenses
