LANDesk® Cloud Services Appliance – Product Availability and Support Life‐Cycle Notice October 9, 2013
On October 9, 2013 LANDesk Software announced the release of new LANDesk® Cloud Services Appliance 4.3.
In accordance with LANDesk Product Availability and Support Policy Timelines, this notice serves as a reminder for continued product availability and support lifecycle for LANDesk® Cloud Services Appliance 4.2.
The following products will be replaced by products released with LANDesk® Cloud Services Appliance 4.3:
- LANDesk® Cloud Services Appliance 4.2
Full support for LANDesk Cloud Services Appliance 4.2, including correspondence via phone, email, and regularly monitored forums will continue through October 9, 2014.
- Continued customer care support for LANDesk Cloud Services Appliance 4.2 including existing maintenance updates will continue through April 9, 2015.
- Web‐based only support for LANDesk Cloud Services Appliance 4.2, including knowledge base, available hot patches, and past forum content will continue through April 9, 2015
- All product support for LANDesk Cloud Services Appliance 4.2 will then continue until April 9, 2015.
