Problem
The device keeps reappear after deleted, it seems that the items in the pending unmanaged client deployments section can't be deleted. If selecting a couple and delete them it looks like it’s deleted, but when refreshing the client view they are back again.
Cause
The computer was added to a task to install an Agent. Once the computer has been added to the task it will be moved to the Pending Unmanaged Client Deployments, if the scheduled agent exist, the device in the pending unmanaged client deployments can't be deleted.
Resolution
- Delete all the scheduled agent task with these items in the pending unmanaged client deployments, please refer to below screenshot;
- From the Network View | Configuration | Pending unmanaged client Deployment, delete the Computer record.
This only happen on LDMS 9.6 core server.
