"Privilege required. User XXX is not a member of a role or group with the Read privilege for the Change Management -> Process Related Objects -> Change Object. Please contact your system administrator"
Cause:
This error message is a privilege error and will show when the relevant user doesn't have the correct privilege to perform the action the user is trying to perform.
In this case the user is trying to access the Change or Incident Class Type Object which is the main Object for the module, and is needed in order to see any information from this Object.
Solution:
Give the user the relevant Privileges.
When the privilege required is the main class type Object, it's slightly different then when it's an action privilege.
In this case you will need to look at the Lifecycle for the relevant Object.
For a process driven module to work for any user they will need to have the lifecycle privilege for that Object.
For Incident, you will find this in Modules - Incident Management - Process Related Object - Incident - Lifecycle
Set both 'Create' 'Read' and 'Update' on the relevant Lifecycle.
Note that when you set the Read privilege on one lifecycle it will automatically set it for all lifecycles.
