Note: This document applies ONLY to the 4.3 CSA. DO NOT attempt to install these patches on any other version of the CSA.
Note:The procedure of manually patching the Management Gateway is not currently supported by LANDESK. Some testing of the process below has been performed but not all tests.
Note:The 135 patch is required for 137 to install.
Note:Do not attempt to install the 135 patch on CSA that has already had the patch applied. To verify open the CSA Console, go to "About" check the version. if it is dev-135 or greater, do not attempt to apply the 135 patch.
For GSB 135-146:
1. Download the patches from links below
2. Download .sh scripts attached to document
3. Copy files to the /tmp directory on the CSA
4. SSH to the CSA. Log in the typen "sudo su" to elevate the session
5. cd /tmp
6. chmod +x FILENAME.sh to allow execute
7. Execute shell script ./filename.sh
8. They must be installed in order.
For GSB 155:
1. Download Patch
2. Copy the file to the /tmp directory
3. Run tar -xvf GSB431-155.tar.gz
4. cd to GSB431_155
5. chmod +x setup.sh (it may already have execute, but just verify)
6. run ./patch.sh
GSB 155 Is a cumulative patch. You can download and install this from any patch level up to GSB 146
