If you happen to be missing Permissions from your Custom Roles, or Effective Permissions on your users, you will want to check your default Permission settings. It appears that there may be situations in which your XML file that contains all of your allowed Permissions in LANDesk may be malformed or missing data. To determine if this is the case you can compare the XML attached to this document to your enuDefaultPermissions.xml file located in the following location:
InstallDrive:\Program Files (x86)\LANDesk\ManagementSuite\enuDefaultPermissions.xml
If you notice that your XMLfile is missing data you can simply copy and paste the lines you are missing to your XMLdocument and save it. Alternatively, you can also used the file attached instead. Once saved you can run CreateLANDeskRights.exe which is also located in the ManagmentSuite folder**.
**Note: As long as these two files exist in the same location in the ManagmentSuite folder, CreateLANDeskRights will use that xml file to build the rights in into LANDesk.
