Start by selecting the product line that you are interested in.

Searching the site

The search box in the top right appears at all times.  Type your search string and press enter to see the matches for your search.

• By default, it will search from the section that you are currently within and any sub-sections below this.  For example:
  • You are at the home page and you search in the top right box, the whole site will be searched.  This is not recommended because you may get back too much content.
  • You are currently within LANDESK Systems and Security and you search in the top right box, it will default to searching the content within LANDESK Systems and Security and any sections within.
• By default it will search for all content types within that area of the site and any subsections.
  • You can restrict your search results further by using the filters on the left.

Expanding your search

• Once you hit the Search button the search results page is displayed.
  • If you have searched from within a product line or sub-section of the site your search results would already be restricted to search within this area and any areas below.

• You can change this by altering the Search within this area criteria.  For example:
  • Clear the criteria to blank and hit Search again in order to search the entire site.
  • Clear the criteria then type in the name of the section of the site that you want to search through.
• You can restrict your search results further by using the filters on the left.
