Issue
When adding a driver to HII library via the "Manage driver library for HII" feature, users that are not Administrators receive an error that "Copy driver failed".
Cause
- User is not a member of the LANDESK Script Writers group.
-or- - Antivirus software is interfering with this feature.
Resolution
- Add user to the LANDESK Script Writers group.
- Turn off Antivirus software to test if this is causing an issue.
