Problem
Devices that are enrolled into AOD using an LDAP enrollment rule sometimes have a problem where they are not updating with the profiles/payloads that are deployed to them.
Symptom
-Your device has enrolled successfully and doesn't appear to have any errors.
-Your profile is enabled, assigned, and deployed but the device will not update with the settings from the profile.
-Some users do not have problems updating with the profile, but others do.
Solution
We have a new PremiseService.DLL that should resolve this issue (attached in the zip file).
Copy the new DLL to the following directory on your Core:
\LANDesk\ManagementSuite\landesk\PremiseServices\bin
Note: Rename the original PremiseService.DLL to "OriginalPremiseService.DLL.Backup" in case you need to revert back. It is important that this file is renamed in the beginning and end of it, or simply back it up to another folder/directory and remove it from the bin folder.
