LANDesk Service Desk has many features to enable administrators and designers to tailor various parts of the Analyst and End User interfaces to the language of the logged in User. This pack aims to offer best practice advice on how to implement the multilingual features to their fullest advantage in the most efficient manner possible enabling easy and quick implementation of multilingual features.
In addition, this pack contains some tools for importing, exporting and arranging translations that will assist designers in implementing multilingual features.
